Jarrod McAdoo brings over 26 years of procurement experience to Ivalua as a product expert for the Analytics & Insights, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, and Environmental Impact Center Solutions. A frequent thought leadership contributor for the Ivalua Blog, Jarrod has worked across multiple industries, including higher education, public sector, retail, manufacturing, and engineered products. Prior to his time at Ivalua, Jarrod held various roles in category and supplier management—including strategic sourcing and procurement team management where he led teams to implement shared service procurement models and Source-to-Pay systems. Jarrod holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Spanning a 30-year career, Stephen has led successful global product marketing launches alongside procurement experts and finance professionals in both the public and private sector. As a longstanding contributor in the ever-evolving sourcing industry—from early OCR—to the establishment of eInvoicing Networks, Stephen now applies his extensive tech experience to Ivalua’s unified Procurement platform. A problem solver and industry thought leader, his product positioning is central to generating long-term customer value while streamlining user experience. In software development, adaptability is the key and Steve’s commitment to the future of procurement is propelling Ivalua toward the next generation of strategic payment solutions. Outside of his professional life, Steve is a published author and 17th Century historian.
Eloise Barnum leads the Global Content initiatives for the EMEA and AMER Product Marketing team at Ivalua. With over 15 years of experience developing digital content and strategy solutions in Tech, SaaS, Public Sector, and Healthcare, she is currently collaborating across multiple marketing and communications teams to identify product marketing trends, produce relevant and engaging content, and develop plans for a cohesive cross-channel experience. A strategic product marketer with pointed focus, her skillset also includes email marketing optimization, sales enablement collateral development, and bylines for multiple thought leadership publications. Eloise graduated from Providence College with a dual degree in Finance and Political Science.

Prior to joining Ivalua, Doug spent 12 years with Directworks in Sourcing Consulting and Customer Success. During this time, he managed consulting engagements, worked with customers to implement lean processes, and managed SaaS implementations for global manufacturing enterprises. Doug has a B.S. in Marketing / International Business from the Pennsylvania State University and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is leading global marketing activities for upstream procurement.

Arnaud Malardé, Senior Product Marketing Manager, joined Ivalua with over 10 years of experience in several procurement positions. An accomplished industry and procurement expert, Arnaud has worked alongside prestigious international Financial Services, Retail, IT and Media organizations. A product thought leader, blog contributor, and webinar host, Arnaud offers valuable and innovative insight into advanced digital procurement solutions. He holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Europe, one of the top French business schools, and a European Master of Science in Management from London’s City University.
Alex has spent over 15 years of his career evangelizing Spend Management, shaping its evolution and working closely with hundreds of customers to support their Digital Transformation journeys. As CMO at Ivalua, Alex leads overall marketing strategy and thought leadership programs. Alex also spent 12 years at Ariba, first building and running the spend analytics business as General Manager. He then built and led Ariba’s international marketing team until successful acquisition by SAP, transitioning to lead business network marketing globally. Earlier, Alex was a founding member of Zeborg (acquired by Emptoris)where he developed vertical Procurement applications. He began his career in the U.S. Cavalry, leading tank and scout platoons through 2 combat deployments. Alex holds a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an international M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Jan-Hendrik Sohn joined as the Regional Vice President, DACH and CEE at Ivalua with an impressive 25+ years of experience in the purchasing and invoicing space. His leadership has been instrumental to DACH becoming one of Ivalua’s fastest growing regions, teaming up from 2 to 25 professionals while achieving 126% targets for 2021! Fueled by expertise garnered through past roles in purchasing for the retail industry, Jan held several management roles at multiple eProcurement and eInvoicing vendors, such as: Trimondo, IBX, Synertrade, Tradeshift, and Onventis.
Sara Omer is a Senior Procurement Change Champion with an outstanding record of delivering complex eProcurement solutions for public and private sector clients, and in financial services, education and property development throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Sara currently leads the Ivalua eProcurement business in the Middle East region, and is a current Alumni of the Masters of Law in Public Procurement and Policy Program in Nottingham University.
She has been, and continues to be, leading in the role of consulting for regional public sector organizations in all matters related to Digital Procurement Transformation and Governance. Sara is the first African / Arab female member in the Board of Trustees of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), and the first female Fellow of the institute among Arab women in the MENA region, with 20+ years of full-time experience in Procurement, SRM, Procurement Technology, procurement consulting and new technology markets’ expansion.
Ian Thompson has worked in procurement and supply chain technologies for most of his 22 year career. He has worked both in project and commercial leadership positions for the past decade including Sourcing, Supply Chain Integration, P2P as well as within Fintech payments initiatives. An optimistic pragmatist, Ian enjoys watching his colleagues and teams succeed both personally and professionally
Henrik Nyberg joined Ivalua in 2019 as their first salesperson for the Nordic Region and since then, he has successfully grown it to now serve over 20 customers. With his impressive background of being a consultant and Senior IT Manager with a Master’s degree in industrial engineering, coupled with 12 years’ experience selling enterprise software – including deals closed at top organizations such as ICA , Electrolux , Carlsberg , SSAB, Northvolt & Vattenfall-Henrik is an indisputable expert when it comes to procurement and supply chain technology solutions. His tenure during SonyEricsson also saw them become one of Gartner’s “Top 25 Supply Chains” list while accumulating multiple awards along the way: most notably winning number 1 spot on “IT Project Of The Year”.
